Our new state of the art facility contains the latest phone systems, servers, networks, along with a professional, highly trained staff that is sensitive to your insured's needs and your companies' requests. Our corporate office is headquartered in Pineville, LA. We have a satellite office located in Orange Beach, Alabama. We have adjusters located in 27 states located in all regions of the U.S.
Founded in 1997, we have built a core team of over 150 adjusters through our constant in house evaluations and training procedures. Working many of the worst natural disasters in American history, over the past two decades, we have established ourselves as one of the top flood specialty firms in the country, and one of the best property firms in the Gulf state region.
Since 2004, Fountain Group has handled over 130,000 catastrophe assignments, which includes over 100,000 NFIP flood losses and over 30,000 wind/hail losses.
