Adjuster Training
Flood 101 class
Dates: June 16th-June20th, 2025
Location: Alexandria, Louisiana
Course Synopsis: A five day intense study of the National Flood Insurance Program, including the Standard Flood Insurance Policy. Participants will thoroughly review the SFIP Dwelling form and become familiar with the policy and the standard adjusting practices involved with handling flood claims.
Who is this course designed for?
This course is designed for both NFIP Certified and Non-Certified adjusters. Certified adjusters with little practical experience will leave the class confident that they can handle a NFIP flood claim. Non-Certified adjusters will have a better understanding of what is expected in the handling of a NFIP Flood claim and will be considered for the FEMA Approved Fountain Group Mentoring Program*.
Who is this course not designed for?
This course is not designed to be taken by anyone who is not currently a Property Adjuster. If you are not currently a property adjuster, this course will be difficult to follow as it is not a “how to adjust claims” course; it is a review of the National Flood Insurance Program and the
Standard Flood Insurance Policy.
* Disclaimer: Participation in the Fountain Group Training Flood 101 Course does not guarantee acceptance into the Fountain Group Mentoring Program. Applications will be available at the end of the course; however, acceptance will be subject to review.
Participation in this course will not guarantee work with Fountain Group Adjusters, LLC.

FG102 Class
Dates: TBD
Location: TBD
We are very excited about bringing back the FG 102 training session. This year is special because we will have our property division Fountain Group & Associates (FGA) presenting as well.
If you missed our previous 102 sessions, this is a great way to share ideas about the latest technology available for claims adjusting, and information on claims adjusting best practices. We will have some of our veteran adjusters sharing the ideas and methods that make them successful.
Also, in conjunction with this event we will have a one-day Xactimate training session. We have decided to promote the use of Xactimate for flood claims and want to provide some basic training to help with the transition. If you are making the switch to Xactimate you should start learning the program on your own, and bring any questions you may have to the training class.
We have previously sent out session details, but if you would like additional information you can email Clint Miller or Mark Buntyn.
If you would like to sign up, email Kelli Pacillo at [email protected].
